An ultra-concentrated yerba mate drink. Supports satiety, focus, and steady energy.* Pairs with Balance, the pre-meal fiber drink.
Unimate is concentrated yerba mate you drink in the morning for satiety, focus, and steady energy. Balance is a seven-fiber drink you take right before meals to support a healthy, normal post-meal glucose response.* Together they are sold as the Feel Great pair. We carry both at our front desk in Surfside, and both ship to your door from our online storefront.
A yerba mate extract refined until one stick pack carries a concentrated dose of the plant’s chlorogenic acids. In Unicity’s own testing, up to ten times the amount in a typical cup of coffee. Each serving has 15 calories, no added sugar, and about as much caffeine as one cup of premium coffee. Mix it into hot or cold water. Flavors: Natural Lemon, Lemon Ginger, Raspberry Pomegranate.
It is third-party tested, LGC Informed Choice certified, made in GMP-certified facilities, and certified kosher, halal, and gluten-free.
A serving before a meal promotes the satisfied, done-eating signal that makes smaller portions feel natural.*
Supports weight-management efforts alongside food choices and movement.*
Chlorogenic acids and theobromine support focus and healthy cognitive processes.*
Helps maintain endurance and stamina through a long morning.*
Yerba mate has been traditionally used to support an improved mood and sense of well-being.*
Promotes the body’s own ketone production, which is why many people pair it with intermittent fasting.*
Unicity tested Unimate against four commercial yerba mate drinks for theobromine, caffeine, and chlorogenic acid content. In that testing, one stick pack carried several times the chlorogenic acid of any of the four commercial drinks.
Balance is a fiber drink you take right before you eat. Its seven-fiber matrix (guar gum, oat beta glucan, apple pectin, psyllium husk, cassava root fiber, locust bean gum, and gum arabic) forms a gel in the stomach that slows how quickly carbohydrates reach your bloodstream. Apple polyphenols and apple cider vinegar round out the formula.
Each stick pack carries 5 grams of fiber at 15 calories with no added sugar, sweetened with stevia. Like Unimate, it is third-party tested, kosher and halal certified, and made in GMP-certified facilities. Ours is the Apple flavor.
Helps curb appetite between meals, so the afternoon snack drawer loses its pull.*
Supports a healthy, normal post-meal glucose response and the steadier energy that follows.*
Soluble fiber helps reduce carbohydrate absorption in the body.*
The fiber blend feeds beneficial bacteria along the digestive tract, and the short-chain fatty acids they produce support a healthy gut lining.*
Supports healthy weight management as part of a sensible routine.*
Made to fit time-based eating and other intermittent fasting methods.
Unimate: mix one stick into 17 to 24 ounces of water, hot or cold, when you wake up and again before your first meal. Balance: mix one stick into 8 to 10 ounces of water right before a meal and drink it immediately, one to two times a day, with your largest meal the priority. If caffeine bothers you, keep both Unimate servings before noon.
Neither product has been tested in children or during pregnancy or nursing, so we do not recommend them for those groups. Unimate contains natural caffeine. Balance must be taken with the full amount of water and should be avoided entirely if you have difficulty swallowing; when you start it, ease in, since any new fiber can cause temporary bloating. If you take prescription medication daily, mention both at your next visit and a physician here will tell you plainly whether they fit your situation.
Unimate and Balance are both available at our front desk at 9445 Harding Ave in Surfside, seven days a week: $115 for a Unimate box, $80 for a Balance box, and $6 for a single stick of either. For home delivery and easy reordering, order through our online storefront, where the two are also sold together as the Feel Great pair.
Yes. One stick pack carries about as much caffeine as a cup of premium coffee, per Unicity’s testing. If caffeine keeps you up, take both servings before noon and skip it entirely in the evening. Balance is caffeine-free.
No. Unimate and Balance are beverages that support satiety and a healthy post-meal glucose response. They are not medications, and they do not replace prescription treatment for weight or blood sugar. If you are on a GLP-1 medication or considering one, that decision belongs with your physician, and we are glad to talk through both at a visit.
Any new fiber can cause gas or bloating for the first few days while your body adjusts. The blend is built to keep that to a minimum. If it lingers, take half a stick for the first week, and always use the full 8 to 10 ounces of water.
Yes. Plenty of patients bring a Unimate to sip during a drip in our lounge. Tell your provider what you take, the same as any supplement, and they will fold it into your visit. Mind the caffeine if your session runs late in the day.
Patients ask us every week what they can take daily that actually holds up to scrutiny. We chose one pair of products, checked the testing and the labels ourselves, and put our name near them. If we stop believing in them, we will stop carrying them.
Unimate is bright and lightly sweet; Natural Lemon is the classic, Lemon Ginger adds warmth, and Raspberry Pomegranate drinks like an iced tea. Balance Apple tastes like lightly sweet apple juice with body to it.
