Eighteen physician-approved drips, every order reviewed by a board-certified MD and placed by a licensed provider. Walk into our Surfside lounge or have a nurse come to you.
Joint Commission AccreditedIV therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and fluids directly into your bloodstream, producing close to 100% absorption compared with 20 to 50% from an oral vitamin. At TrufaMED in Surfside, every session is physician-led: a board-certified MD approves the order, a licensed provider places the line, and you choose from 18 formulas. Sessions run 20 to 45 minutes in our Joint Commission-accredited clinic, or by mobile visit to your home or hotel.
Every drip is a physician-approved formula of USP-grade vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and fluids. Prices shown are in-clinic and include consultation, provider time, and complimentary red light therapy.

Boosters are concentrated add-ins layered into your drip or given as a quick push alongside it. Choose up to four to target energy, immunity, recovery, or skin.
Energy and nervous system support, a staple for fatigue and long weeks.
The master antioxidant. Supports detox, skin brightness, and cellular repair.
High dose antioxidant and immune support, ideal around travel and illness.
Immune, bone, and mood support for anyone running low.
Helps the body turn fat into energy, popular with training and weight goals.
Immune defense and skin support, useful at the first sign of a cold.
Building blocks for muscle repair, recovery, and lean performance.
An antioxidant that supports metabolism and healthy nerves.
IV therapy is a tool, not a cure-all. These are the most common reasons patients book with TrufaMED, and every case is evaluated by a physician before the first drop.
Fluids, anti-nausea, and headache relief delivered the morning after. Recover in one session instead of losing the day.
Amino acids and electrolytes to reduce soreness after CrossFit, triathlon training, marathon prep, or heavy lifting.
Rehydrate after long flights, combat jet lag, and reset before a packed Miami itinerary.
Toradol, magnesium, and IV fluids address migraine pain faster than oral medication for many patients.
High-dose vitamin C and zinc during cold and flu season, pre-travel, or when everyone around you is sick.
Pre-event stamina and post-event recovery for competitive athletes and weekend warriors.
NAD+ supports mitochondrial function, mental clarity, and cellular repair for anti-aging protocols.
Glutathione and biotin before weddings, photoshoots, or galas for skin glow and energy.
Some IV services in Miami are run by non-physician staff in non-medical spa settings. At TrufaMED every IV is physician-ordered, licensed provider-administered, and delivered inside Florida’s only Joint Commission-accredited urgent care, one of just eight nationwide.
Board-certified MDs are on shift seven days a week. Every IV order, in-clinic or mobile, is reviewed and approved by a physician before a line is started. That review catches medication interactions, underlying conditions, and dosing issues that a nurse-only or standing-order model will miss.
No medical assistants, no trainees, no paramedics. Every IV at TrufaMED is started and monitored by a licensed provider with hospital-grade IV technique. On mobile visits, your provider arrives with sterile supplies, a vitals kit, and a sharps container: a medical visit at your door, not a cocktail service.
TrufaMED is the only Joint Commission-accredited urgent care in Florida and one of eight accredited urgent cares nationwide. The same standard applied to major hospital systems, covering infection control, medication safety, patient identification, emergency response, and clinical documentation.
IV therapy bypasses the digestive system entirely. When you swallow a vitamin, the gut absorbs only 20 to 50% of the active ingredient. An IV delivers USP-grade compounds at close to 100% bioavailability, and the effects begin during the infusion rather than hours later. For patients with absorption issues from bariatric surgery, IBD, celiac, or chronic dehydration, the difference is not subtle.
After a brief nurse consultation and physician sign-off, a licensed provider places a small-gauge catheter, confirms flow, and starts the drip. You recline in the lounge with complimentary red light therapy. Standard wellness IVs run 20 to 45 minutes; NAD+ runs two to four hours.
IV therapy is a medical procedure. Allergic reactions, vein complications, electrolyte imbalances, and drug interactions all require physician-level evaluation. At TrufaMED every order is reviewed by a board-certified MD on shift, not a remote telehealth doctor and not a nurse signing standing orders.
Mobile IV brings the same physician-supervised menu to your home, hotel suite, yacht, office, or event. Your provider arrives fully equipped, sets up in about ten minutes, and handles everything from vital signs to cleanup.
Your licensed provider brings sterile supplies, the drip, a vitals kit, and a sharps container. A medical visit at your door, not a cocktail service.
A board-certified physician reviews and approves every mobile order before a provider is sent, the same oversight as an in-clinic visit.
Service across Surfside, Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, Aventura, Brickell, Downtown Miami, and Coral Gables, up to Palm Beach.
Our licensed providers travel to every major Miami neighborhood. In-clinic patients regularly come from these areas as well.
Save on regular sessions with a monthly plan tailored to your wellness goals.
A nurse reviews your health history and goals, and a physician approves your drip selection. Five to ten minutes.
Choose from the 18-IV menu, or let the physician recommend a formula based on your goals, labs, and any recent symptoms.
Recline in the lounge. Your provider places the line, the drip runs for 20 to 45 minutes, and red light therapy runs alongside.
Line out, vitals checked. Most patients feel the effects within an hour and leave within an hour total.
Every formula and every order is overseen by physicians who built the clinic around hospital-grade protocols.
Dr. Gedalia built TrufaMED around physician-led protocols, Joint Commission accreditation, and a standard of care usually reserved for hospital systems. He oversees the IV therapy program and personally approves formulary changes.
Dr. Naidoo directs clinical operations, supervises nursing staff, and reviews complex IV cases including iron infusions and NAD+. His emergency background brings calm, decisive judgment to every order.
What patients across Miami ask most before booking a drip.
For hydration, nutrient repletion, and acute symptom relief, IV therapy works because it bypasses the gut and delivers compounds directly into the bloodstream at close to 100% bioavailability. Oral vitamins are typically 20 to 50% absorbed. Patients with dehydration, migraine, hangover, food poisoning, or a vitamin deficiency often feel results during or within an hour of the infusion.
At TrufaMED every IV is prescribed by a board-certified physician and placed by a licensed provider in a Joint Commission-accredited clinic. We use USP-grade compounds, sterile technique, and continuous monitoring. The most common side effects are minor bruising at the IV site and a brief vitamin taste during the infusion.
Standard wellness drips take 20 to 45 minutes from line placement to removal. NAD+ infusions run two to four hours because a faster rate causes discomfort. Mobile visits add about ten minutes of setup at the start of your appointment.
The drip menu, physician oversight, and nursing technique are identical. In-clinic visits cost less and include complimentary red light therapy. Mobile IV brings a licensed provider to your home, hotel, condo, yacht, or office across greater Miami and up to Palm Beach, ideal when you would rather recover in bed or cannot leave the kids. The mobile fee adds $50 to $200 based on priority.
IV therapy is self-pay; we do not bill insurance for wellness drips. We accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA, and Apple Pay, and provide HSA/FSA receipts on request. If a physician evaluation is clinically required alongside your drip, for example for dehydration or food poisoning, that separate medical visit may be billable through our urgent care. Ask at check-in.
The Myers’ Cocktail is a physician-designed wellness formula: B-complex, B12, vitamin C, magnesium, and calcium in 1L of saline. Developed in the 1970s, it remains the most-ordered IV in clinics worldwide. The TrufaMED version is $280 in-clinic and takes about 45 minutes to infuse. A banana bag is the same formula; the yellow color comes from the B vitamins.
NAD+ is a coenzyme central to mitochondrial energy production and DNA repair. Unlike vitamin drips, it must be infused slowly over two to four hours because a rapid rate causes chest tightness and flushing. It is used for cellular energy, cognitive performance, and longevity. Pricing is $999 in-clinic and $1,250 mobile, a single protocol with no mg tiers.
Yes. Every in-clinic IV session includes a complimentary red light therapy add-on running alongside your drip, supporting mitochondrial energy, skin tone, and recovery. It adds no time and no cost to your visit. Mobile IV visits do not include red light therapy.
Yes. Mobile IV delivers the full 18-drip menu to homes and hotels across Miami Beach, Surfside, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, Aventura, Brickell, Downtown Miami, and Coral Gables. A licensed provider arrives fully equipped, sets up in about ten minutes, runs the drip, monitors your vitals, and cleans up. Same-day appointments are routine.
A licensed provider places and monitors every IV using hospital-grade technique, and a board-certified physician reviews and approves every order before the line is started. A physician is on shift every day of the week. We do not use medical assistants, trainees, or paramedics for IV therapy.
IV appointments reserve dedicated clinical time, so cancellations or reschedules require at least four hours’ notice. A card is required on file at booking; cancellations under four hours, missed appointments, and no-shows are charged the full service price. The same policy applies to in-clinic and mobile visits.
