When we email you a document, such as discharge instructions or a copy of your records, it arrives as a secure link that opens with the patient’s date of birth and works for 30 days.
A parent can see a child’s records from their own account until the child turns 18. An adult can give someone they trust the same access by signing an authorization. Our front desk sets this up in person.

Use the app in English or in Spanish. You can change the language at any time in Profile.
Each lab value appears next to its reference range, so you can see what is in range and what your physician may want to discuss with you.
The app is free. Scan a code with your phone’s camera or tap a badge, then sign up with the email you gave us at your visit.
Lab results, urgent care records and imaging reports appear in the Records tab once our clinical team releases them. On iPhone, with notifications turned on, the app tells you when something new is ready. If a result you expect is still missing, call the front desk at (305) 537-6396.
Create an account with the email you gave us at your visit, then open the Records tab and enter the 6-digit code. The app emails you the code, or the front desk can give you one at your visit.
You, and anyone our front desk has linked to your records with the right authorization, such as a parent for a child under 18. You can also set the app to open only with Face ID, a fingerprint or your phone’s passcode.
Visit the front desk with a photo ID. A child’s records stay linked to a parent’s account until the child turns 18. For another adult, we need their signed authorization, available on our medical records page.
