Dr. Gedalia is a board-certified general surgeon with over 25 years of clinical experience and serves as Regional Chief Medical Officer for Advantage Surgical and Wound Care. A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, he earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University and completed his surgical residency at St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York. He oversees clinical protocols across all TrufaMED services.

Dr. Naidoo is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with frontline experience in adult and pediatric emergency, trauma, and critical care. He has practiced with TeamHealth Emergency Medicine across New Jersey and serves as Associate Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Palmetto General Hospital. He received the Heart Saver Hero award from the American Heart Association and was featured by the Washington Post and NBC Nightly News for his humanitarian relief work.

Dr. Morales brings an internal medicine foundation to TrufaMED, supporting preventive care, chronic disease management, and the everyday primary care that keeps patients well between urgent visits.

Dr. Rodriguez Hernandez brings a broad clinical background spanning hospital medicine, geriatrics, and global health, with field experience across the United States, Cuba, and West Africa. At TrufaMED he helps oversee patient evaluations, preventive health, chronic disease management, and IV therapy with thoughtful, evidence-based care.

Eli is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 20 years of frontline emergency experience. He trained with the New York City 911 EMS system, served with Hatzalah EMS, and responded as a paramedic for the U.S. Department of Justice. He was on the ground during the Surfside building collapse and graduated from the University of Miami with honors.

Jessica is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in family and urgent care medicine. She is skilled in diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, and takes pride in discussing prevention and wellness with every patient.

Noam is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Nursing with experience across Emergency, Labor and Delivery, Pediatrics, and Medical-Surgical units. She holds BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications and is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in every patient’s visit.

Mariet specializes in emergency and trauma care, with extensive experience from high-acuity hospital and urgent care settings. She holds BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI, and TNCC certifications. Originally from Spain and fluent in English and Spanish, she connects meaningfully with Miami’s diverse community.

Gina is a Florida-licensed registered nurse dedicated to safe, compassionate, high-quality care. She is known for her calm presence, strong patient advocacy, and evidence-based practice, and creates a reassuring experience for every patient.

Alicia is a phlebotomist with 13 years of experience helping patients feel at ease during blood draws. Known for her gentle touch and accuracy, she handles even the most challenging draws with a calm, reassuring presence across urgent care and mobile settings.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of Florida, with a strong interest in holistic health. She is dedicated to helping every patient feel understood, supported, and confident in their care.
