All plans require a three-month minimum commitment, then convert to month-to-month, cancellable with at least 5 days’ notice before the next billing date. Unused sessions do not roll over. Individual session pricing applies beyond the monthly allotment. House Call visits are scheduled at least 36 hours in advance; a visit cancelled less than 12 hours before its window counts as used.
IV session packages are 3, 5, or 10 prepaid drips at a reduced per-session rate. Sessions redeem automatically when you book and stay valid for 12 months. Iron therapy has its own package with iron panel blood work included.

Every membership is medically directed by board-certified physicians, Dr. Uri Gedalia (CMO, General Surgery) and Dr. Shane D. Naidoo (Medical Director, Emergency Medicine), and every infusion is physician-ordered. TrufaMED is also Joint Commission accredited, Florida’s only accredited urgent care. Registered nurses administer sessions under physician supervision.

Sessions do not roll over month to month; your allotted sessions are available during each calendar month of membership. We recommend booking evenly through the month to build a consistent cadence. Memberships cannot be frozen or paused, so we recommend planning your enrollment around extended travel.
No. IV memberships cannot be frozen, paused, or placed on hold. Billing and your monthly session allotment continue for every month the membership is active. After the initial three-month term you can cancel and re-enroll whenever you are ready.
Red light therapy uses red and near-infrared wavelengths to support mitochondrial function, reduce inflammation, and aid cellular repair, complementing the nutrients delivered intravenously. TrufaMED includes it at no charge with every in-clinic IV session for Essential, Wellness, and Elite members alike. It is not available with mobile sessions.
TrufaMED is the only Joint Commission-accredited IV therapy provider in Florida. Protocols are designed and reviewed by board-certified physicians, not medspas or retail IV bars with nurse-only oversight. Our on-site lab is CLIA-certified, every session is physician-supervised, and the Elite tier’s 90-day physician protocol review is a clinical service non-accredited providers do not offer.
IV wellness memberships are not covered by most standard health plans and are not billed to insurance. Many HSA and FSA plans, however, allow IV therapy expenses; check with your plan administrator. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and ACH bank transfer for membership billing.
