Your guest stays in the suite. You stay out of the medical details.
When a guest tells you they are sick or hurt, you do not have to diagnose anything or find a clinic. Call us, give us four facts, and we take it from there. The guest is examined in the room, tested on the spot where testing helps, treated, and handed paperwork they can file with their own insurer at home.
Guest name. Room number. A callback number. One line on what is wrong. If the guest speaks a language other than English, tell us which one.

For a Rapid Response request we confirm within about 30 minutes and tell your desk what to expect.
Rapid Response, $1,600, puts the physician at the guest’s door within 4 hours of the request. Along the hotel corridor from Miami Beach to Sunny Isles, that is often within the hour. Same-day, $1,200, means the guest is seen by the end of that day. A request after 11 PM is handled at the after-hours rate, $2,500.
An itemized superbill with codes, the visit note, and any prescription, handed over before the physician leaves.
The guest is seen before the day is out. No clock time is promised.
Confirmed within about 30 minutes of your call.
The overnight rate. The phone is answered every hour of the night.
Visits booked well in advance are quoted on request. A cancelled or missed house call is charged the full visit fee.
Nothing on the right is added to a guest’s bill without the guest agreeing to the price first.
Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew, Russian, French, and Creole are spoken across the clinical team. Name the language on the call and we will match the guest where we can.
The physician can arrive without scrubs or a visible medical bag, so nothing reads as a medical call in your lobby, elevator, or corridor.
The superbill carries diagnosis and procedure codes, which is what travel insurers ask for. Reimbursement still depends on the guest’s own policy, so neither of us should promise it.
Call 911 first for chest pain or pressure, stroke signs such as facial droop, slurred speech or sudden weakness, severe difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, a severe allergic reaction, loss of consciousness, or major trauma. An ambulance will always reach the room faster than a private physician, and a hospital can do things a suite cannot.
For everything below that line, our clinic at 9445 Harding Ave in Surfside is the step-up, 1.4 miles from Bal Harbour, with X-ray, an on-site lab, and ultrasound. The physician who saw your guest in the room makes the call and coordinates the handoff.
We never pay for referrals and never accept them. No commissions, no gifts, no complimentary care for staff. Florida law forbids it and so do we.
If a property wants medical coverage for its own team, there is a legal way to do it, and it is arranged with the general manager.

One call from your desk and a physician is on the way. Rapid strep, COVID-19, and flu testing come with the visit.
In-room physician visits treat conditions that are not life-threatening. For a true emergency, call 911. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 9 PM, Saturday 11 AM to 11 PM, and Sunday 12 PM to 8 PM. In-room physician visits run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
