Dr. Uri Gedalia, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Uri Gedalia is a Board Certified general surgeon with over 25 years of clinical experience in private practice. He also serves as Regional Chief Medical Officer for Advantage Surgical and Wound Care, South Central Region. A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Gedalia earned his Doctor of Medicine from Louisiana State University Medical Center. He completed his General Surgical Residency at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York. His awards include the Israeli Presidential Award (2004), Louisiana Board of Regents Certificate of Achievement, and The National Dean’s List.

Dr. Shane D. Naidoo, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Shane D. Naidoo is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician with 7+ years of frontline clinical experience. He brings deep expertise in adult and pediatric emergency medicine, trauma, and critical care. Dr. Naidoo has practiced with TeamHealth Emergency Medicine across multiple hospitals in New Jersey. He also serves as Associate Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Palmetto General Hospital. Dr. Naidoo received the Heart Saver Hero award from the American Heart Association. He was featured on the Washington Post and NBC Nightly News for his humanitarian medical relief efforts.

Family Nurse Practitioner
Eli is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of frontline emergency medical experience. He trained with the New York City 911 EMS system across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. He also served with Hatzalah EMS and responded as a paramedic for the U.S. Department of Justice. Eli was on the ground during the Surfside building collapse. He graduated from the University of Miami with honors.
