Mon – Fri
9 AM – 9 PM
Saturday
11 AM – 11 PM
Sunday
12 PM – 8 PM

Most walk-in clinics in the Miami Beach corridor close by 8 or 9 PM. Hospital emergency departments are open 24/7 but bill at ER rates with multi-hour waits for non-emergent care. TrufaMED stays open until 11 PM Saturday and 9 PM weekdays so you can be seen by a physician without an ER visit.

Why our hours work

What late-night urgent care should actually look like

01

Board-certified MD on every shift

An MD is on shift every hour the clinic is open. Late-night visits still get the same physician coverage as 11 AM appointments.

02

Full diagnostics on-site

Digital X-ray, CLIA-certified lab, point-of-care ultrasound, and EKG — available the full operating window. Most visits reach diagnosis the same evening.

03

Walk-in or pre-register

No appointment required. Pre-register at register.trufamed.com to skip the intake line. Average wait under four minutes.

04

Accredited – not just open

TrufaMED is the only Joint Commission-accredited urgent care in Florida. Hours alone don’t make a clinic safe; protocols, infection control, and medication safety do.

05

Eight languages spoken

Late-night visits often involve travelers and night-shift workers. Our clinical team covers eight languages across shifts so language is never a barrier to a clear diagnosis.

06

Most insurance accepted

Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, and Medicare. Oscar Health* is accepted for emergent or complex cases (out-of-network for routine visits). Transparent self-pay pricing for the rest.

FAQ

Open-late urgent care in Miami Beach

What urgent care is open latest in Miami Beach?

TrufaMED Urgent Care in Surfside is open until 11 PM on Saturdays, 9 PM Monday through Friday, and 8 PM Sunday. These are the latest non-hospital urgent care hours in the Miami Beach corridor. We are 15 minutes north of South Beach at 9445 Harding Avenue, Surfside.

How late can I walk in on a Saturday?

Saturday hours are 11 AM until 11 PM. Last walk-in intake is at 10:45 PM so the team has time to complete your visit before closing. A board-certified MD is on shift the entire window.

Do you have a board-certified physician on shift at 10 PM?

Yes. A board-certified MD is on shift every hour the clinic is open. Late-night visits get the same physician coverage as midday visits. Coverage rotates between Dr. Uri Gedalia, MD (Chief Medical Officer) and Dr. Shane D. Naidoo, MD (Medical Director).

Is urgent care a safe alternative to the ER at night?

For non-life-threatening visits — fevers, infections, sprains, lacerations, minor injuries, abdominal pain that is not severe — yes. TrufaMED has on-site X-ray, lab, ultrasound, and EKG, plus the only Joint Commission accreditation of any urgent care in Florida. For chest pain, severe trauma, stroke symptoms, difficulty breathing, or uncontrolled bleeding, go to an emergency department or call 911.

How long is the wait at 9 or 10 PM?

Under four minutes for most patients. Volume is lower in the late-evening window than during the 4-7 PM peak. If we are at capacity when you arrive, we will give you an honest time estimate at intake.

Do you treat children late at night?

Yes — TrufaMED Urgent Care sees pediatric patients ages three and older during all operating hours. Common late-night pediatric visits include fever, ear infections, croup, asthma flares, and minor injuries.

Can I get an IV after 8 PM?

Yes. Same-day IV hydration and the full IV menu are available at the clinic during all open hours, including the 8-11 PM Saturday window. Mobile IV to your home, hotel, or condo across the Miami Beach corridor is also available.

Are you a 24/7 urgent care?

No — TrufaMED is not 24/7. Twenty-four-hour care in Miami Beach is provided by hospital emergency departments such as Mount Sinai Miami Beach. TrufaMED offers the latest non-hospital urgent care hours in the corridor (Saturday until 11 PM, weekdays until 9 PM). For around-the-clock physician access, concierge medicine members have 24/7 telehealth and house-call dispatch.
