This is the home clinic, on Harding Avenue in the heart of Surfside. Walk in for a physician-led drip, no drive required, or have a licensed provider come to your home or condo.
9445 Harding Ave, across from the Surfside Community Center. Free red light therapy with every in-clinic drip.
Joint Commission AccreditedTrufaMED is the Surfside IV clinic, at 9445 Harding Avenue across from the Community Center. Eighteen physician-approved drips, every order reviewed by a board-certified MD and placed by a licensed provider, in a Joint Commission-accredited clinic. Walk in seven days a week, with a typical wait under ten minutes, or book a mobile visit to any Surfside address. Every in-clinic session includes complimentary red light therapy.
Being the local clinic means we know the rhythm of the town: the gym crowd, the families coming off the beach, the late-night diners, the condo residents who would rather stay home.
Residents who fold IV therapy into a weekly routine. Walk in after a morning workout near the Community Center, take a Myers or Kickstart, and head out in about 45 minutes.
Families coming back from Surfside Beach at 93rd Street or the Harding Avenue Farmers Market. Pediatric hydration for mild dehydration is available, with a physician evaluation first.
After dinner along Harding, residents book a next-morning Hangover Recovery or Immune Boost, either as a walk-in or as a mobile visit to a Harding or Abbott Avenue address.
Residents of the Abbott Avenue and 94th Street condo corridor who prefer in-home service. Mobile dispatch is usually quick, because the clinic is right around the corner.
Surfside sits between Bal Harbour to the north and the top of Miami Beach to the south. For Surfside residents, TrufaMED is both the only Joint Commission-accredited urgent care in Florida and the nearest IV provider.
Every drip is a physician-approved formula of USP-grade vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and fluids. Prices shown are in-clinic and include consultation, provider time, and complimentary red light therapy.

Most IV providers in the area are nurse-only operations in non-medical spa settings, or vans that drive in from elsewhere. In Surfside, your IV is reviewed by an MD and placed by a licensed provider inside an accredited clinic.
A board-certified physician leads every shift, seven days a week. Each IV is prescribed, reviewed, and approved before your provider starts a line, catching interactions and dosing issues a standing-order model misses.
Florida’s only Joint Commission-accredited urgent care, one of just eight nationwide. The same standard used by major hospital systems, covering medication safety and infection control.
Your drip is placed by a licensed provider with hospital-grade IV technique. No medical assistants, no trainees, no paramedics, no exceptions.
Every in-clinic IV session includes a complimentary red light therapy add-on for cellular energy, skin tone, and recovery, at no extra charge.
For Surfside residents the clinic is minutes away on Harding Avenue. Walk in, get your drip, and walk home. No mobile fee, no waiting on a van from across the bridge.
Open every day including evenings and weekends, until 11 PM on Saturdays. Same-day availability is the rule, not the exception.
Surfside sits on a barrier island where the humidity runs high for most of the year. Residents and visitors sweat more, lose electrolytes faster than they replace them, and pair it all with coffee, sun, and sea air. A Rehydrate or Rehydrate+ drip corrects that deficit in about 30 minutes, in a way that bottled water alone cannot match.
Miami is a travel hub, and long flights dehydrate, disrupt sleep, and blunt the immune system. Seasonal residents and visitors staying in Surfside and Bal Harbour use a Rehydrate, Immune Boost, or Myers drip to reset after a flight and start the trip feeling like themselves.
A full day at Surfside Beach, a wedding at one of the oceanfront resorts, or a long dinner along Harding Avenue can leave anyone depleted the next morning. Hangover Recovery and Pain Relief drips are among the most-ordered formulas for exactly those mornings, walk-in or delivered to your door.
Prefer to stay home? Mobile IV brings the same physician-supervised menu to any Surfside address, along Harding, Collins, Abbott, and Byron, and the 94th Street corridor. Because the clinic is in town, dispatch is usually quick.
Your licensed provider brings sterile supplies, the drip, a vitals kit, and a sharps container. A medical visit at your door, not a cocktail service.
A board-certified physician reviews and approves every mobile order before a provider is sent, the same oversight as an in-clinic visit.
Home and condo visits across Surfside, plus Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Sunny Isles, Aventura, and the rest of greater Miami up to Palm Beach.
For the regulars: a monthly plan that lowers the cost of routine drips at your local clinic.
Stop by 9445 Harding Avenue, or reserve a time online. A nurse reviews your history and goals, and a physician approves your drip. Five to ten minutes.
Pick from the 18-formula menu, or let the physician recommend one based on your goals, labs, and any recent symptoms.
Recline in the lounge. Your provider places the line, the drip runs 20 to 45 minutes, and complimentary red light therapy runs alongside.
Line out, vitals checked. Most patients feel the effects within an hour and walk out, or walk home, feeling restored.
Every formula and every order is overseen by physicians who built the clinic around hospital-grade protocols.
Dr. Gedalia built TrufaMED around physician-led protocols, Joint Commission accreditation, and a standard of care usually reserved for hospital systems. He oversees the IV therapy program and personally approves formulary changes.
Dr. Naidoo directs clinical operations, supervises nursing staff, and reviews complex IV cases including iron infusions and NAD+. His emergency background brings calm, decisive judgment to every order.
What Surfside residents and visitors ask most before booking a drip.
Yes. Walk in to our Surfside clinic at 9445 Harding Avenue from 9 AM to 9 PM on weekdays, Saturdays until 11 PM, and Sundays until 8 PM. Because we are a full medical clinic and not an appointment-only IV bar, the typical wait for IV therapy is under ten minutes. To lock in a preferred time you can also book online.
Yes. We dispatch a licensed provider to any Surfside address, along Harding Avenue, Collins Avenue, Abbott Avenue, Byron Avenue, and the 94th Street corridor. Since the clinic is in town, dispatch is usually quick. Mobile IV brings the full drip menu to your home, condo, or office; it is the same physician-supervised care as a clinic visit.
We are at 9445 Harding Avenue, Surfside, FL 33154, directly on Harding across from the Surfside Community Center, with parking at the front of the building. Surfside sits between Bal Harbour to the north and the top of Miami Beach to the south, so most residents are minutes away.
For hydration, nutrient repletion, and acute symptom relief, IV therapy works because it bypasses the gut and delivers compounds directly into the bloodstream at close to 100% bioavailability. Oral vitamins are typically 20 to 50% absorbed. Patients with dehydration, migraine, hangover, food poisoning, or a vitamin deficiency often feel results during or within an hour of the infusion.
At TrufaMED every IV is prescribed by a board-certified physician and placed by a licensed provider in a Joint Commission-accredited clinic. We use USP-grade compounds, sterile technique, and continuous monitoring. The most common side effects are minor bruising at the IV site and a brief vitamin taste during the infusion.
Standard wellness drips take 20 to 45 minutes from line placement to removal. NAD+ infusions run two to four hours because a faster rate causes discomfort. Mobile visits add about ten minutes of setup at the start of your appointment.
The drip menu, physician oversight, and nursing technique are identical. The in-clinic visit costs less and includes complimentary red light therapy, and in Surfside you simply walk in, no drive required. Mobile IV brings a licensed provider to your home, condo, hotel, or office across greater Miami and up to Palm Beach. The mobile fee adds $50 to $200 based on priority.
Yes. Every in-clinic IV session at our Surfside clinic includes a complimentary red light therapy add-on running alongside your drip, supporting mitochondrial energy, skin tone, and recovery. It adds no time and no cost to your visit. Mobile IV visits do not include red light therapy.
The Myers’ Cocktail is a physician-designed wellness formula: B-complex, B12, vitamin C, magnesium, and calcium in 1L of saline. Developed in the 1970s, it remains the most-ordered IV in clinics worldwide. The TrufaMED version is $280 in-clinic and takes about 45 minutes to infuse.
IV therapy is self-pay; we do not bill insurance for wellness drips. We accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA, and Apple Pay, and provide HSA/FSA receipts on request. If a physician evaluation is clinically required alongside your drip, for example for dehydration or food poisoning, that separate medical visit may be billable through our urgent care. Ask at check-in.
