Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome for urgent care, IV therapy, X-ray, and lab during our regular hours: Monday–Friday 9 AM to 9 PM, Saturday 11 AM to 11 PM, and Sunday 12 PM to 8 PM. For concierge medicine, hyperbaric oxygen, telehealth, and mobile IV dispatch, please book via Jane or call — we coordinate the right provider and window.
Do you take insurance?
Urgent care: most major insurance including Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, Oscar Health*, and Medicare. Self-pay accepted at transparent rates. Do you speak Spanish or other languages?
Yes. Our clinical team collectively speaks eight languages including Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew, Russian, Ukrainian, and French. When you call or message, ask for a specific language.
What if I need care after 9 PM on weekdays or 11 PM on weekends?
For true emergencies (chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe difficulty breathing, severe trauma) call 911 immediately. For non-emergency after-hours care (after 9 PM on weekdays, 11 PM on Saturday, or 8 PM on Sunday), our concierge physician house-call service dispatches a board-certified ER physician 24/7 — WhatsApp or call to arrange.
Where do I park?
We have dedicated parking behind the building for patients. Street parking on Harding Avenue is also available directly in front of the clinic (metered during daytime, free after 6 PM and Sundays). A municipal lot is one block east on Byron Avenue for longer visits.
Can I get a copy of my medical records?
Yes. Submit a records request via WhatsApp or by calling (305) 537-6396. We comply with HIPAA and typical processing is 5-10 business days.
Do you accept HSA/FSA?
Yes. HSA and FSA cards accepted for all services, including IV therapy and concierge membership when physician-ordered. Itemized receipts provided for submission to plan administrators or international health insurance for reimbursement.
