What an IV therapy membership is

A TrufaMED IV therapy membership is a monthly subscription that bundles two to four physician-supervised infusion sessions at a predictable price. Members pay $400 to $1,200 a month and save roughly 25 to 33% versus booking individual sessions. Every plan is administered at our Joint Commission-accredited Surfside lounge, with complimentary red light therapy at each in-clinic session.

Why membership wins

Consistency is what makes IV therapy work

A one-off drip is a good start. A membership is a commitment to consistent, physician-supervised therapy that compounds, the way real health optimization actually works.

Predictable spend

One flat rate covers your sessions, with no surprise billing or per-add-on anxiety. Budget clarity meets premium care.

Compounding effect

Micronutrient therapy works best delivered consistently. Weekly and bi-weekly protocols replenish nutrient levels before depletion, sustaining energy, immunity, and recovery across months.

Priority access

Wellness and Elite members get first access to appointment slots and dedicated scheduling support, so your session is there when you need it.

Physician-led every session

Every infusion is ordered and supervised by a board-certified physician. Our Medical Director reviews member protocols to ensure clinical appropriateness.

Red light therapy included

Every in-clinic session includes complimentary red light therapy, supporting cellular energy, skin health, and recovery, at zero additional charge.

Significant savings

Essential members save $100 to $200 a month, Wellness members about $480, and Elite members accessing NAD+ over $2,700 a month at retail.

The process

From enrollment to infusion

Most members book their first session within 24 hours of signing up.

Choose your plan

Select Essential, Wellness, or Elite based on how often you want IV therapy. Unsure? Our clinical team advises in a five-minute phone consult.

Physician intake

Your first session includes a brief physician review of your health history, with recommendations on the formulas that fit your goals: energy, immunity, recovery, or a custom stack.

Book and receive

Schedule sessions on Jane anytime, all delivered in-clinic at our Surfside lounge, with red light therapy following each visit automatically.

Optimize over time

Elite members receive a physician-reviewed protocol adjustment every 90 days, and all members can switch formulas session to session as their needs change.

Is this right for you?

Who benefits most

A membership delivers the most value to people who are motivated about their health but lack a consistent delivery mechanism. South Florida’s climate and pace create real demands: dehydration, electrolyte loss, oxidative stress, and micronutrient depletion are common.

High-performance professionals

Executives, attorneys, and finance professionals in Miami Beach, Brickell, and Bal Harbour use B-complex, magnesium, and amino acids to support cognition and stress response through long work cycles.

Athletes and active adults

Recovery is the performance limiter. Post-workout IV therapy with glutathione, vitamin C, and magnesium speeds muscle repair and reduces oxidative load after a hard training block.

Seasonal residents

A three-month Essential membership aligns with a seasonal stay, providing consistent wellness support during the months you are here without over-committing for time away.

Managing chronic depletion

For documented B12, magnesium, or iron deficiencies, IV delivery bypasses the gut entirely and reaches serum levels oral supplements cannot, making therapeutic dosing accessible and sustainable.

The math

Membership versus pay-as-you-go

The financial case is straightforward. A Myers’ Cocktail booked individually costs $280 in-clinic, so two a month total $560. The Essential membership covers those same two sessions for $400, saving $160 every month, or $1,920 over a year.

At the Elite tier, four NAD+ sessions a month would cost $3,996 at retail. The Elite membership delivers the same access for $1,200, a saving of nearly $2,800 a month, or over $33,500 a year, with physician oversight across the whole membership arc rather than only at intake.

Medical oversight

Physician-led, every drip

Every membership is supervised by board-certified physicians, not non-physician providers. That distinction matters for protocol safety, formula selection, and clinical accountability.

Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Uri Gedalia, MD, FACS
Board-Certified General Surgeon

Dr. Gedalia oversees the clinical frameworks governing IV membership protocols, ensuring every formula is medically justified, dosed appropriately, and monitored over time. His surgical training brings a precision-first approach that sets TrufaMED apart from retail IV bars.

Medical Director
Dr. Shane D. Naidoo, MD
Board-Certified Emergency Medicine

Dr. Naidoo’s emergency background means he understands IV administration at its most critical, and brings that acuity to every membership protocol. He reviews the frameworks for Elite members’ 90-day adjustments and signs off on every new formula added to the menu.

Serving South Florida

Memberships across Miami, Miami Beach & Bal Harbour

One of the few physician-led monthly drip subscriptions in South Florida at a Joint Commission-accredited facility, minutes from Bal Harbour Shops and the Miami Beach coastline.

Miami

Surfside puts us 15 to 20 minutes from Brickell, Coconut Grove, and downtown via I-195 or Collins Avenue. Elite members in Miami choose TrufaMED for NAD+ as a weekly cognitive and metabolic protocol.

Miami Beach

Our highest-density membership geography. South Beach, Mid-Beach, and North Beach residents use Essential and Wellness for recovery and maintenance, ten minutes from most South Beach hotels.

Surfside & Bal Harbour

Our clinic is the anchor of the membership program. Bal Harbour and Surfside residents form the core of the Elite tier, often alongside a concierge medicine relationship with Dr. Gedalia or Dr. Naidoo.

Sunny Isles, Aventura & Bay Harbor

Aventura and Bay Harbor Islands members appreciate the proximity, under fifteen minutes, and the clinical standard a Joint Commission-accredited facility provides as the wellness infrastructure behind a luxury lifestyle.

IV therapy membership, answered

What patients ask most before they enroll.

How much does an IV therapy membership cost in Miami?

TrufaMED offers three monthly tiers: Essential at $400 a month for two IV drips, Wellness at $600 a month for four drips, and Elite at $1,200 a month for four drips of any type including NAD+. All plans require a three-month minimum commitment. Since individual sessions range from $200 for Rehydrate to $999 for NAD+, members save roughly 25 to 33% versus pay-as-you-go.

What IV formulas are included in each plan?

Essential members book from the basic menu, including Rehydrate, Rehydrate+, Myers’ Cocktail, Hangover Recovery, Immune Boost, and Pain Relief. Wellness members access the core menu, including the Superstar. NAD+ is reserved for Elite, the only tier that includes NAD+ at no additional charge per session.

Are IV memberships available as mobile or in-home sessions?

Memberships are in-clinic only at our Surfside lounge. This keeps pricing predictable and preserves the complimentary red light therapy add-on that comes with every in-clinic session. If you prefer mobile or in-home delivery, we offer a separate mobile IV therapy service billed per session. Memberships and mobile are not interchangeable.

Is a physician involved, or is it run by nurses?

Every membership is medically directed by board-certified physicians, Dr. Uri Gedalia (CMO, General Surgery) and Dr. Shane D. Naidoo (Medical Director, Emergency Medicine), and every infusion is physician-ordered. TrufaMED is also Joint Commission accredited, Florida’s only accredited urgent care. Registered nurses administer sessions under physician supervision.

What is the minimum commitment?

All plans require a three-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, plans convert to month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. There is no long-term lock-in beyond the initial three months. Call (305) 537-6396 to discuss options.

Do unused sessions roll over?

Sessions do not roll over month to month; your allotted sessions are available during each calendar month of membership. We recommend booking evenly through the month to build a consistent cadence. If you are traveling or need to pause, contact our team, as we handle accommodations case by case for active members.

Why is red light therapy included free?

Red light therapy uses red and near-infrared wavelengths to support mitochondrial function, reduce inflammation, and aid cellular repair, complementing the nutrients delivered intravenously. TrufaMED includes it at no charge with every in-clinic IV session for Essential, Wellness, and Elite members alike. It is not available with mobile sessions.

How is a TrufaMED membership different from other IV programs in Miami?

TrufaMED is the only Joint Commission-accredited IV therapy provider in Florida. Protocols are designed and reviewed by board-certified physicians, not medspas or retail IV bars with nurse-only oversight. Our on-site lab is CLIA-certified, every session is physician-supervised, and the Elite tier’s 90-day physician protocol review is a clinical service non-accredited providers do not offer.

Is IV therapy membership covered by insurance?

IV wellness memberships are not covered by most standard health plans and are not billed to insurance. Many HSA and FSA plans, however, allow IV therapy expenses; check with your plan administrator. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and ACH bank transfer for membership billing.
