A licensed nurse arrives at your home, hotel, condo, yacht, or office with the full 18-drip menu. Physician-ordered, bedside infusion, set up in about ten minutes. Dispatch 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week.
Joint Commission AccreditedTrufaMED dispatches a licensed nurse from our Joint Commission-accredited Surfside clinic to your address with the full 18-drip menu. Every order is approved by a board-certified physician before dispatch. Pricing starts at $250, with a $50 standard mobile fee, or a $150 priority fee for arrival within 2.5 hours. Setup takes about ten minutes; total visit time is typically 45 to 60 minutes.
Mobile IV in Miami runs from solo nurses with a bag to high-volume dispatch services. TrufaMED is structured differently: every drip is ordered by a physician and administered by a nurse, with the same protocols and supply chain as our accredited clinic.
Every mobile IV is reviewed and approved by a board-certified physician before infusion. A registered nurse delivers the drip with full sterile technique and emergency protocols.
The same accreditation that audits our Surfside clinic governs the medications, infusion sets, and protocols used on every mobile call. Most Miami mobile IV services have no equivalent oversight.
Hydration, NAD+, immunity, beauty, recovery, performance, and specialty formulas. Same menu and same physician oversight whether you visit Surfside or stay home.
Miami Beach, South Beach, Mid-Beach, North Beach, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Sunny Isles, Bay Harbor Islands, Aventura, and up the coast to Palm Beach by advance booking.
Booking 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days. Scheduled appointments arrive on time without surcharge; priority delivery within 2.5 hours adds a $150 fee.
If your at-home assessment shows you need imaging, IV antibiotics, or hyperbaric oxygen, our Surfside clinic is minutes away with same-day availability and no referral required.
Every drip is a physician-approved formula of USP-grade vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and fluids. Prices shown are mobile and include the nurse visit, consultation, and provider time.

Boosters are concentrated add-ins layered into your drip or given as a quick push alongside it. Choose up to four to target energy, immunity, recovery, or skin, and your nurse can add them on site.
Energy and nervous system support, a staple for fatigue and long weeks.
The master antioxidant. Supports detox, skin brightness, and cellular repair.
High dose antioxidant and immune support, ideal around travel and illness.
Immune, bone, and mood support for anyone running low.
Helps the body turn fat into energy, popular with training and weight goals.
Immune defense and skin support, useful at the first sign of a cold.
Building blocks for muscle repair, recovery, and lean performance.
An antioxidant that supports metabolism and healthy nerves.
IV therapy is a tool, not a cure-all. These are the most common reasons patients book an at-home drip with TrufaMED, and every case is evaluated by a physician before the first drop.
Fluids, anti-nausea, and headache relief brought to your door the morning after. Recover in bed instead of losing the day.
Amino acids and electrolytes at home after CrossFit, triathlon training, marathon prep, or heavy lifting.
Rehydrate at your hotel after a long flight, combat jet lag, and reset before a packed Miami itinerary.
Toradol, magnesium, and IV fluids delivered to a dark, quiet room, faster relief than oral medication for many patients.
High-dose vitamin C and zinc at home during cold and flu season, pre-travel, or when you would rather not sit in a waiting room.
Pre-event stamina and post-event recovery delivered to your home, gym, or hotel for athletes and weekend warriors.
A slow NAD+ infusion at home for mitochondrial function, mental clarity, and cellular repair, with room to relax for the full session.
Glutathione and biotin at your suite before weddings, photoshoots, or galas for skin glow and energy.
Total onsite time is typically 45 to 60 minutes from your nurse’s arrival to exit.
Pick your IV from the 18-drip menu through Jane, by phone, or on WhatsApp. A physician reviews and approves the order before dispatch. Scheduled booking locks a specific arrival window.
A licensed nurse departs our accredited clinic with your drip, a full IV kit, sterile supplies, and a medication cooler. About 5 minutes to Bal Harbour, 15 to Miami Beach, 30 to Brickell.
Your nurse reviews your consent and history, places the line, starts saline, then connects your drip. You relax on a couch, in bed, at a desk, or on a terrace, with vitals monitored throughout.
Standard wellness drips run 20 to 45 minutes; NAD+ runs two to four hours. The nurse removes the line, applies a small dressing, packs up every disposable, and leaves. Physician follow-up by phone or WhatsApp for 24 hours.
Mobile IV runs from our Surfside clinic throughout greater Miami and up the coast. Rapid-response premium is available for same-day urgency.

Every mobile drip is ordered under a board-certified physician’s standing protocol before a nurse is dispatched.
Dr. Gedalia built TrufaMED around physician-led protocols and Joint Commission accreditation, and oversees the IV therapy program including mobile dispatch standards and formulary.
Dr. Naidoo directs clinical operations and supervises the nursing team, reviewing complex mobile cases including iron infusions and NAD+. His emergency background brings decisive judgment to every order.
What patients across Miami ask most before booking an at-home drip.
Dispatch from our Surfside clinic to nearby addresses takes under fifteen minutes; greater Miami takes 25 to 35 minutes. Palm Beach requires 24 hours’ advance booking, a 60 to 75 minute drive. Any IV booked for arrival within 2.5 hours adds a $150 priority fee on top of the standard $50 mobile delivery fee.
Mobile IVs are priced $50 over the in-clinic rate, except NAD+. For example, Myers’ Cocktail is $330, Hangover Recovery $335, Immune Boost $355, Rehydrate+ $275, Superstar $500, and NAD+ $1,250. Every session includes a licensed nurse, sterile materials, and start-to-finish supervision. Pricing starts at $250.
A licensed registered nurse arrives at your address with all sterile equipment, performs a brief health check, places the IV, supervises the full infusion, and packs out cleanly. Every IV is physician-ordered under Dr. Gedalia or Dr. Naidoo’s standing protocol. We do not use medical assistants, trainees, or paramedics.
A full IV kit: sterile catheters and lines, your pre-mixed drip bag, a saline primer, a blood pressure cuff, a pulse oximeter, alcohol and iodine preps, a sharps container, and a disposal bag for all used materials. Clinic-grade setup in your space, packed down cleanly afterward.
Plan for about an hour door to door. Setup takes roughly ten minutes wherever you are, standard wellness drips then run 20 to 45 minutes, and NAD+ runs two to four hours because a faster rate causes discomfort. Everything is packed down afterward and your room is left as we found it.
Yes. A TrufaMED mobile IV follows the exact clinical protocol as an in-clinic visit. Every drip is prescribed by a board-certified physician, administered by a licensed provider using sterile single-use equipment, and documented in your medical record. The most common side effects are minor bruising at the IV site and a brief vitamin taste during the infusion.
Our nursing team delivers across Surfside, Miami Beach, South Beach, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Bay Harbor Islands, Indian Creek, North Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables, with advance-booking service up to Palm Beach. Hotel concierge coordination is available for all major luxury properties.
Yes. For weddings, bachelorette parties, corporate events, or yacht charters, we dispatch multiple providers to the same address. A minimum of 24 to 48 hours’ lead time is requested for group bookings. Contact us to coordinate.
If you need a board-certified MD to evaluate symptoms and write prescriptions, book a physician house call instead. Concierge members get house calls included; non-members pay a tiered visit fee. See our house call doctor service for details.
Mobile IV therapy is self-pay; we do not bill insurance for wellness drips. We accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA, and Apple Pay, and provide HSA/FSA receipts on request. If a physician evaluation is clinically required alongside your drip, that separate medical visit may be billable through our urgent care.
