Concierge medicine is a membership-based model in which a physician limits the number of patients they see so they can provide personalized, unhurried care. Unlike a conventional doctor who may manage 2,000 or more patients, a TrufaMED concierge physician keeps a small panel, giving each member direct cell and text access, same-day appointments, and extended consultations. The difference is availability and continuity: your doctor knows your medical history, your family, and your goals.

Direct Primary Care focuses only on primary care visits for a flat monthly fee, and does not include diagnostics, urgent care, IV therapy, or specialist coordination within the practice. TrufaMED concierge membership is broader: it layers urgent care, an on-site Joint Commission-accredited and CLIA-certified lab, digital X-ray, IV therapy, and wellness into a single membership. You get a private doctor and the full diagnostic infrastructure of an accredited facility.

Yes. Every tier includes direct physician contact: VIP ($625 per month), Family+ ($2,000 per month), and Signature (from $5,000 per month). You can call or text your physician at any hour for clinical guidance, prescription renewal, urgent triage, or to arrange a same-day appointment or house call. Signature members additionally receive unlimited telehealth and unlimited house calls for around-the-clock access.

Our clinic is at 9445 Harding Ave in Surfside, under five minutes from Bal Harbour Shops and easily reached from the Miami Beach barrier islands. Concierge members get priority in-clinic scheduling with minimal wait, telehealth for remote consultations, and optional house calls through the Enhanced Concierge Home Care add-on. Yes. TrufaMED is Florida’s only Joint Commission-accredited urgent care and concierge practice. The Joint Commission is the same organization that accredits the nation’s top hospital systems. The accreditation means our clinical protocols, facility standards, and patient-safety practices have been independently verified to meet the highest standards in healthcare. Every concierge member benefits from this framework of care.

Yes. Dr. Uri Gedalia MD is a board-certified General Surgeon and Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Shane D. Naidoo MD is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Medical Director. All concierge care is delivered by physician-level providers. We do not use non-physician providers as the primary point of contact for concierge members.

It supplements it. Most members keep insurance for major events such as hospital admissions and specialty surgery, while relying on their TrufaMED membership for everyday, urgent, and wellness care. The membership removes referral bottlenecks, prior authorizations, and impersonal appointments. For patients without insurance, the membership often represents a meaningful saving compared to fragmented out-of-pocket care across multiple providers.

Inclusions vary by tier. VIP ($625 per month) includes unlimited same-day appointments, direct physician texting, 2 telehealth visits per month, 5 IV therapies a year, 5 wellness treatments, 1 house call, and 1 Galleri cancer detection test. Family+ ($2,000 per month) covers four family members with 10 IV therapies, 8 wellness treatments, pediatric consultations, and 2 house calls. Signature (from $5,000 per month) is unlimited across all categories, including house calls and IV therapies, plus a personal dedicated physician.

Yes. IV therapy is built into every tier: 5 per year in VIP, 10 per year shared in Family+, and unlimited in Signature. Members can add the Premier Wellness add-on ($10,000 per year) for unlimited IV therapy and advanced wellness. TrufaMED offers 18 physician-formulated drips including Myers’ Cocktail, NAD+ infusions, and Immune Boost, all supervised by board-certified MDs. HBOT is available to members at a 20 to 30 percent discount. Niagen IV is not included in any tier or the wellness add-on.

Yes. The clinic is open seven days a week (Monday to Friday 9 AM to 9 PM, Saturday 11 AM to 11 PM, Sunday 12 PM to 8 PM), and concierge members have direct physician contact outside those hours for clinical guidance, prescriptions, and urgent triage. For a true emergency, your physician guides you to the right level of care. The Enhanced Concierge Home Care add-on provides scheduled and emergency-flexible house calls.

Yes. Your membership covers enhanced access, extended appointments, and premium services at TrufaMED. For outside specialist visits, hospital stays, imaging, and prescriptions, your insurance continues to apply as it normally would. We also assist with specialist referrals and coordinate with your insurance-covered providers for consistent continuity. TrufaMED accepts most major commercial plans. We do not accept Tricare, and Medicare cannot be billed for membership-included services.

Priority access is one of the main benefits of membership. Most members can secure a same-day or next-day appointment when needed. For urgent questions, you also have direct phone and text access to your care team, so you can get guidance quickly without scheduling a formal visit for every issue.

Yes. TrufaMED memberships are built for families. Our physicians care for children from 3 months of age, and the Family+ and Signature tiers cover both parents and children under one membership, including pediatric wellness visits, sick-day appointments, house calls, and direct physician access for your kids.
