A board-certified emergency physician comes to your hotel suite, vacation residence, or yacht, with in-room exam, ultrasound, IV therapy, rapid testing, and prescriptions. No urgent care queue, no ER wait, no leaving your room.
No membership required. Visit fee from $600 with 24 hours’ notice. Concierge teams welcome to call on a guest’s behalf.
Joint Commission AccreditedYes. TrufaMED dispatches a board-certified emergency physician to your hotel suite, vacation rental, residence, or yacht across Miami’s luxury-hotel corridor, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You do not need to be a concierge member. The physician arrives discreetly with a full mobile kit, conducts a complete evaluation, runs whatever diagnostics are needed on the spot, and treats most conditions during the same visit. For anything that needs hospital-level care, the physician coordinates transport and stays on the case.
You receive the same standard of evaluation and intervention you would get in a board-certified emergency department or urgent care clinic, without leaving your suite or sitting in a waiting area.
Every visit is performed by a board-certified emergency medicine physician at every visit. ER training means the physician can evaluate complex acute conditions and intervene immediately.
Physicians are available 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Most calls within Miami Beach are reached within 1 to 4 hours of the request, depending on time of day and location.
Hydration, anti-nausea, non-opioid pain control, IV antibiotics, and the full TrufaMED IV menu, delivered in-room. No separate mobile IV team to schedule or wait for.
Point-of-care ultrasound at the bedside for abdominal pain, suspected fractures or sprains, soft-tissue injuries, and vascular concerns, so decisions are made in the room.
Flu, strep, RSV, COVID-19, and urinalysis with results in minutes. Blood draws for chemistry and infectious-disease workups are collected at the visit and sent to the lab the same day.
For antibiotics, anti-nausea, or pain medication, the physician can administer the first dose during the visit, so relief begins before a pharmacy fills the rest of the prescription.
Pricing is structured by how quickly you need the physician to arrive, separate from any concierge membership. The fee covers the physician’s time, evaluation, decision-making, and prescriptions. Diagnostics and treatments performed during the visit are itemized separately.
A planned in-suite visit at a confirmed time window. The best rate for guests planning ahead.
The physician arrives later the same day, typically within 4 to 12 hours of the request.
Reserved for urgent same-day needs. The physician arrives within 4 hours of the request.
Add-ons are billed separately. You receive an itemized invoice at the end of the visit with the visit fee plus any add-ons. Payment is by card on file, charged to your room with the hotel’s agreement, or paid directly to TrufaMED. Most insurance does not cover in-suite physician visits; itemized receipts are provided for out-of-network and international reimbursement.
There are no hidden charges for the visit itself. Diagnostics and treatments performed during the visit are billed at transparent rates and itemized at the end.
Most acute situations that would otherwise mean an urgent care or ER trip can be handled in the suite. For chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe breathing difficulty, or major trauma, call 911.
Rapid testing on-site, IV hydration, anti-nausea, fever control, and an antiviral or antibiotic if indicated, with the first dose administered at the visit.
IV hydration, IV anti-nausea, and IV pain control. Most guests feel meaningfully better before the physician leaves the room.
IV magnesium, a non-opioid anti-inflammatory, and IV anti-nausea. Most migraines ease within 30 to 45 minutes of the infusion starting.
Otoscopic exam, rapid strep test if indicated, and an antibiotic prescription with the first dose given on the spot.
IV hydration with electrolyte support and anti-nausea, a common request after long beach days, athletic events, or a late night out.
Point-of-care ultrasound for soft-tissue and bone evaluation, splinting, wound cleaning, suturing, and pain control, with a clinic referral if imaging is needed.
Discreet evaluation, urinalysis on-site, and an antibiotic with the first dose administered. Handled confidentially in your room.
Both adult and pediatric patients are welcome. The physician adjusts evaluation and treatment for age, with rapid testing and age-appropriate medication.
For a true emergency, 911 EMS will always reach you faster than a private physician, and an ambulance and emergency department offer interventions that cannot be delivered in a hotel room. If a situation is at all unclear, call 911 first.
Always call 911 for chest pain, pressure, or tightness, a sudden severe headache with vision changes or weakness, sudden confusion, slurred speech, or facial droop, difficulty breathing not relieved by a rescue inhaler, severe uncontrolled bleeding, a severe allergic reaction with throat swelling, loss of consciousness, or major trauma such as a fall from height or a vehicle accident.
Once a guest is stable, TrufaMED’s physicians can take over for non-emergency follow-up, often sparing a hospital stay or repeated ER visits during the trip. For ongoing needs during a longer stay, our concierge membership gives residents 24/7 physician access.
Concierge teams across Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, and Surfside call TrufaMED when a guest needs medical attention without the disruption of an urgent care or hospital trip. The service is built to integrate cleanly with hotel operations.
Reach a single dispatch line at (305) 842-9801 by call or WhatsApp. We confirm the visit window directly with the guest, so your desk is not left coordinating.
Physicians arrive in plainclothes on request, with no visible scrubs in lobbies, elevators, or hallways. Care that is invisible to other guests.
The clinical team speaks eight languages, supporting international guests through the full length of their stay.
Card on file at TrufaMED, charged to the guest’s room with the hotel’s agreement, or paid directly. Itemized receipts are provided for guest reimbursement.
Physicians dispatched throughout Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, Surfside, Aventura, Bay Harbor Islands, Brickell, and the surrounding luxury-hotel corridor.
Physician follow-up by phone, text, or WhatsApp for 48 hours after the visit, giving guests continuity of care for the rest of their stay.
In-suite visits reach hotel guests, vacation residents, and yacht guests across the standard service area. Extended areas are available with adjusted lead time and a travel surcharge; call (305) 842-9801 to confirm.
Every in-suite visit is performed by a board-certified emergency medicine physician. The two physicians who lead our practice set every house-call protocol and personally take dispatch rotations.
Dr. Gedalia leads the TrufaMED clinical team and develops protocols across urgent care, IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, and concierge medicine. His surgical background means many conditions that would mean a referral elsewhere are handled in the room.
Dr. Naidoo brings extensive adult and pediatric emergency, trauma, and critical-care experience, and oversees quality and safety, including infection control and the documentation standards that travel with every visit.
What guests and concierge teams ask most before requesting an in-suite physician visit.
Most rapid-response calls are confirmed within about 30 minutes, with the physician arriving in roughly 1 to 4 hours depending on the time of day and your location along the hotel corridor. Same-day requests typically result in arrival within 4 to 12 hours. Visits booked 24 or more hours in advance are confirmed for a specific time window. Call or message our dispatch line at (305) 842-9801.
No. The hotel doctor service is available to any guest on an on-demand basis, with no membership required. The visit fee is set by lead time: $600 booked 24 or more hours ahead, $800 same-day, and $1,000 for rapid response within 4 hours. Diagnostics, labs, IV therapy, and medications performed during the visit are billed separately on an itemized invoice. TrufaMED concierge medicine membership is a separate program for residents.
Each physician arrives with a full mobile medical kit: otoscope, ophthalmoscope, stethoscope, blood-pressure cuff, and pulse oximeter, a point-of-care ultrasound device, rapid testing for flu, strep, RSV, COVID-19, and urinalysis, blood-draw supplies, IV therapy supplies, and commonly prescribed medications for first-dose administration. Anything that needs a reference lab is collected at the visit and sent the same day.
Most acute, non-life-threatening situations that would otherwise mean an urgent care or ER trip: severe cold, flu, COVID, and RSV, stomach flu and food poisoning, migraine, sinus and ear infections, urinary and sexual health concerns, sprains and minor fractures, cuts and lacerations, dehydration and heat illness, allergic reactions, hangover recovery, and pediatric acute illness. For chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe breathing difficulty, or major trauma, call 911.
Yes. The full TrufaMED IV menu is available in-room, including hydration, anti-nausea, non-opioid pain control, IV antibiotics, and vitamin and wellness drips. There is no separate mobile IV team to wait on, since the physician brings the supplies and runs the infusion during the visit. You can also browse the in-room options on our mobile IV therapy page.
Yes to both. Physicians arrive in plainclothes on request, with no visible scrubs in lobbies, elevators, or hallways. Hotel concierge teams across Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, and Surfside reach a single dispatch line and we confirm the visit window directly with the guest. Billing can run through a card on file, charged to the guest’s room with the hotel’s agreement, or paid directly.
Yes. TrufaMED physicians have full prescribing authority. The first dose of any prescribed medication can be administered during the visit so relief begins immediately, and the prescription is sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice for the remaining doses. There is no separate fee for the first-dose administration. Controlled substances are handled in compliance with Florida law.
Yes. The visit fee covers the physician’s presence in the room. If a couple, family, or group has several members who need evaluation during the same visit, only one visit fee applies. Each additional patient’s diagnostics, lab tests, and medications are itemized separately as add-ons.
Billing is direct to TrufaMED by card on file, or charged to your hotel room with the hotel’s agreement. The visit fee is billed at the start; add-on services are itemized at the end. International guests receive itemized receipts in English, with a second language on request, for submission to their home insurance. Most domestic insurance does not cover in-suite physician visits.
The standard service area covers Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside, Aventura, Bay Harbor Islands, Brickell, downtown Miami, and the surrounding luxury-hotel corridor, delivered to hotel suites, vacation residences, and yachts. Extended areas such as Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, and Palm Beach are available with adjusted lead time and a travel surcharge. Call (305) 842-9801 to confirm.
