The quick answer

Medical-grade IV, delivered downtown

TrufaMED dispatches a licensed nurse from our Joint Commission-accredited Surfside clinic to your address across the Downtown Miami core, from the towers along Biscayne Boulevard to Miami Worldcenter and the Arts District. Every order is approved by a board-certified physician before dispatch. Pricing starts at $250 plus a $50 mobile fee, or a $150 priority fee for the fastest available arrival. Downtown is a scheduled visit, roughly 25 to 40 minutes from Surfside via I-95 or the Julia Tuttle Causeway.

Why TrufaMED

Not a freelance nurse with a bag of saline

Downtown Miami has no shortage of mobile IV operators. Most are solo nurses working off standing orders in a non-medical setting. TrufaMED is built differently: every drip is ordered by a physician and delivered by a nurse, with the same protocols and supply chain as our accredited clinic.

Physician-ordered, nurse-administered

Every mobile IV is reviewed and approved by a board-certified physician before infusion. A registered nurse delivers the drip with full sterile technique and emergency protocols.

Joint Commission accredited

The same accreditation that audits our Surfside clinic governs the medications, infusion sets, and protocols used on every downtown call. Most Miami mobile IV services carry no equivalent oversight.

The full drip menu

Hydration, NAD+, immunity, beauty, recovery, performance, and specialty formulas. Same menu and same physician oversight whether you visit Surfside or stay in your downtown condo.

Built for downtown buildings

High-rise residences, hotel suites, and office towers are routine for our team. Lobby check-in and elevator access can be arranged when you book, so your nurse arrives ready.

Extended booking hours

Book from early morning to late evening, seven days a week. Treat before work, on a lunch break, or after an event, on your schedule rather than the clinic’s.

Clinic backup behind every visit

If your assessment shows you need imaging, IV antibiotics, or in-clinic care, our accredited Surfside facility offers same-day availability with no referral required.

Who books downtown

Built for a fast downtown schedule

Downtown Miami runs on a tight clock. Mobile IV fits the people who keep it moving, treating where they live, work, or stay rather than carving out a clinic trip.

Finance and startup professionals

Kickstart and NAD+ between meetings for energy and focus, often booked at a desk or conference room in the central business district. Group sessions are common for teams.

Hotel guests and travelers

Rehydrate and Immune Boost after a flight into MIA or a long conference day, delivered straight to the suite. International visitors get the same physician oversight as a clinic visit.

Event and weekend recovery

Hangover Recovery and Rehydrate after nights out and events at the Kaseya Center, Bayfront Park, and Wynwood. Post-event team recovery is a routine group booking.

Downtown residents

Condo residents along Biscayne Boulevard, in the Arts District, near the Pérez Art Museum, and around Miami Worldcenter who want an accredited medical home that comes to them.

Across the downtown core and beyond

Our nursing team delivers throughout Downtown Miami, including the towers along Biscayne Boulevard, the Arts and Entertainment District, Edgewater, the area around Bayfront Park, and the residences near Miami Worldcenter and Flagler Street. We also dispatch to neighboring areas, including Brickell across the river, where office and condo visits are a large part of our service. See our mobile IV in Brickell page for that neighborhood.

The landmarks above are representative, not exhaustive. We deliver to any verified address within our coverage area. Call (305) 537-6396 to confirm your location and book a window.

Start to finish

Book, review, dispatch, infuse

Total onsite time is typically 45 to 60 minutes from your nurse’s arrival to exit.

Book online or call

Pick your IV from the menu through Jane, by phone, or on WhatsApp. Share your downtown location, preferred window, and any symptoms or goals. Standard or priority dispatch is your choice.

Physician review

A board-certified physician reviews your intake and approves the right formula before the team leaves the clinic. Nothing is dispatched without a doctor’s sign-off.

Treatment at your location

Your licensed nurse arrives with a full IV kit, reviews your consent, places the line, and starts the drip. You relax on a couch, in bed, at a desk, or in a hotel suite while vitals are monitored.

Wrap up and follow-up

Most sessions run 45 to 60 minutes; NAD+ runs two to four hours. The nurse removes the line, packs out every disposable, and leaves. Ask about an IV membership for regular discounted sessions.

Your physicians

Dr. Gedalia built TrufaMED around physician-led protocols and Joint Commission accreditation, and oversees the IV therapy program including mobile dispatch standards and formulary.

Medical Director
Dr. Shane D. Naidoo, MD
Board-Certified Emergency Medicine

Dr. Naidoo directs clinical operations and supervises the nursing team, reviewing complex mobile cases including iron infusions and NAD+. His emergency background brings decisive judgment to every order.

Meet the clinical team

Mobile IV in Downtown Miami, answered

What downtown residents, professionals, and hotel guests ask most before booking an at-home drip.

Do you deliver mobile IV therapy to Downtown Miami?

Yes. We deliver to residences, hotel rooms, and offices throughout the downtown core, including the condo towers along Biscayne Boulevard, the Arts and Entertainment District, Edgewater, the area around Bayfront Park and the Pérez Art Museum, and the residences near Miami Worldcenter and Flagler Street. Building access at major towers can be arranged when you book, so your nurse arrives ready rather than held up at the front desk.

How long does it take to reach Downtown Miami?

Downtown is roughly 25 to 40 minutes from our Surfside clinic via I-95 or the Julia Tuttle Causeway, depending on the time of day. This is a scheduled dispatch, not an instant service, so off-peak windows arrive faster. For a time-sensitive need, a priority arrival adds a $150 fee on top of the standard $50 mobile delivery fee.

How much does a mobile IV in Downtown Miami cost?

Mobile prices run $50 above the in-clinic rate, except NAD+. For example Myers’ Cocktail is $330, Hangover Recovery $335, Immune Boost $355, Rehydrate+ $275, Superstar $500, and NAD+ $1,250. Every visit includes a licensed nurse, sterile materials, and start-to-finish supervision. Pricing starts at $250 plus the $50 mobile delivery fee.

Can I get a mobile IV at my Downtown Miami office or co-working space?

Yes. Office and co-working visits are a large part of our downtown service. A licensed nurse can set up at your desk, in a conference room, or in a private office anywhere in the central business district. Most formulas run 20 to 45 minutes, NAD+ runs two to four hours, and you can keep working through it. Teams book group sessions for post-conference recovery and during flu season.

Which drips do downtown clients book most?

Kickstart and NAD+ lead on weekdays, when finance and startup professionals want energy and focus through a demanding schedule or a longer cognitive and recovery protocol. Immune Boost is popular before travel and conferences. On weekends, and after events at the Kaseya Center, Bayfront Park, or Wynwood, Hangover Recovery and Rehydrate see the most demand.

Who administers the IV, and is a physician involved?

A licensed registered nurse comes to your address with all sterile equipment, performs a brief health check, places the line, supervises the full infusion, and packs out cleanly. Every drip is ordered and approved by a board-certified physician under Dr. Gedalia or Dr. Naidoo’s standing protocol before the nurse is dispatched. We do not use medical assistants, trainees, or paramedics.

How long does a mobile IV visit take?

Plan for about an hour door to door. Setup takes roughly ten minutes wherever you are, standard wellness drips then run 20 to 45 minutes, and NAD+ runs two to four hours because a faster rate causes discomfort. Everything is packed down afterward and your space is left as we found it.

Is mobile IV therapy safe outside the clinic?

Yes. A TrufaMED mobile IV follows the same clinical protocol as an in-clinic visit. Every drip is prescribed by a board-certified physician, administered by a licensed nurse using sterile single-use equipment, and documented in your medical record. Our Joint Commission accreditation, held by only eight urgent care centers nationwide, governs the medications and infusion sets used on every mobile call. The most common side effects are minor bruising at the IV site and a brief vitamin taste during the infusion.

Can you handle group bookings for conferences or events downtown?

Yes. For corporate wellness days, conference and convention groups, private gatherings, or post-event team recovery, we dispatch to a single downtown address and treat several people in sequence or in parallel. We ask for 24 to 48 hours’ lead time on group bookings so we can staff the visit. Call (305) 537-6396 to coordinate.

Do you accept insurance for mobile IV?

Mobile IV therapy is self-pay; we do not bill insurance for wellness drips. We accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA, and Apple Pay, and provide HSA/FSA receipts on request. If a physician evaluation is clinically required alongside your drip, for example for dehydration or food poisoning, that separate medical visit may be billable through our urgent care.
