Yes. We deliver to residences, hotel rooms, and offices throughout the downtown core, including the condo towers along Biscayne Boulevard, the Arts and Entertainment District, Edgewater, the area around Bayfront Park and the Pérez Art Museum, and the residences near Miami Worldcenter and Flagler Street. Building access at major towers can be arranged when you book, so your nurse arrives ready rather than held up at the front desk.

Downtown is roughly 25 to 40 minutes from our Surfside clinic via I-95 or the Julia Tuttle Causeway, depending on the time of day. This is a scheduled dispatch, not an instant service, so off-peak windows arrive faster. For a time-sensitive need, a priority arrival adds a $150 fee on top of the standard $50 mobile delivery fee.

Mobile prices run $50 above the in-clinic rate, except NAD+. For example Myers’ Cocktail is $330, Hangover Recovery $335, Immune Boost $355, Rehydrate+ $275, Superstar $500, and NAD+ $1,250. Every visit includes a licensed nurse, sterile materials, and start-to-finish supervision. Pricing starts at $250 plus the $50 mobile delivery fee.

Yes. Office and co-working visits are a large part of our downtown service. A licensed nurse can set up at your desk, in a conference room, or in a private office anywhere in the central business district. Most formulas run 20 to 45 minutes, NAD+ runs two to four hours, and you can keep working through it. Teams book group sessions for post-conference recovery and during flu season.

Kickstart and NAD+ lead on weekdays, when finance and startup professionals want energy and focus through a demanding schedule or a longer cognitive and recovery protocol. Immune Boost is popular before travel and conferences. On weekends, and after events at the Kaseya Center, Bayfront Park, or Wynwood, Hangover Recovery and Rehydrate see the most demand.

A licensed registered nurse comes to your address with all sterile equipment, performs a brief health check, places the line, supervises the full infusion, and packs out cleanly. Every drip is ordered and approved by a board-certified physician under Dr. Gedalia or Dr. Naidoo’s standing protocol before the nurse is dispatched. We do not use medical assistants, trainees, or paramedics.

Plan for about an hour door to door. Setup takes roughly ten minutes wherever you are, standard wellness drips then run 20 to 45 minutes, and NAD+ runs two to four hours because a faster rate causes discomfort. Everything is packed down afterward and your space is left as we found it.

Yes. A TrufaMED mobile IV follows the same clinical protocol as an in-clinic visit. Every drip is prescribed by a board-certified physician, administered by a licensed nurse using sterile single-use equipment, and documented in your medical record. Our Joint Commission accreditation, held by only eight urgent care centers nationwide, governs the medications and infusion sets used on every mobile call. The most common side effects are minor bruising at the IV site and a brief vitamin taste during the infusion.

Yes. For corporate wellness days, conference and convention groups, private gatherings, or post-event team recovery, we dispatch to a single downtown address and treat several people in sequence or in parallel. Mobile IV therapy is self-pay; we do not bill insurance for wellness drips. We accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA, and Apple Pay, and provide HSA/FSA receipts on request. If a physician evaluation is clinically required alongside your drip, for example for dehydration or food poisoning, that separate medical visit may be billable through our urgent care.
