Chief Medical Officer. Board-Certified General Surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Gedalia earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical Center and completed his General Surgical Residency at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York.
Dr. Gedalia oversees clinical operations at TrufaMED, leads our concierge medicine program, and serves as Regional Chief Medical Officer for Advantage Surgical and Wound Care, South Central Region. His surgical background means he can evaluate and treat conditions on-site that would require a specialist referral elsewhere.
Medical Director. Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician. Dr. Naidoo brings extensive experience in adult and pediatric emergency medicine, trauma, and critical care from his work in high-volume emergency departments across the East Coast.

The TrufaMED concierge program is led by two board-certified physicians whose combined experience spans general surgery, emergency medicine, trauma care, wound care, and clinical leadership. Surgeons and emergency medicine physicians are trained to make decisions quickly under pressure, evaluate complex cases, and manage conditions that less experienced providers would refer out.
