Plan on 20 to 35 minutes at peak times. For time-sensitive needs, priority delivery within 90 minutes adds a $150 fee on top of the $50 standard mobile fee.

Yes. We regularly deliver to waterfront residences and high-rises including the St. Regis Bal Harbour, the Ritz-Carlton Residences, ONE Bal Harbour, and the Oceana towers, to Village homes off Collins Avenue, and to guests staying near the Bal Harbour Shops. Many clients schedule a drip before or after shopping, a spa appointment, or a social event. Hotel concierge coordination is available on request.

Mobile drips are priced $50 over the in-clinic rate, except NAD+. For example, Myers’ Cocktail is $330, Hangover Recovery $335, Immune Boost $355, Rehydrate+ $275, Complexion $315, Superstar $500, and NAD+ $1,250. Pricing starts at $250. Every visit adds a $50 standard mobile fee, or a $150 priority fee for arrival within 90 minutes. Each session includes a licensed nurse, sterile supplies, and full physician oversight.

A licensed registered nurse arrives at your address with all sterile equipment, performs a brief health check, places the line, supervises the full infusion, and packs out cleanly. Every drip is ordered under Dr. Gedalia or Dr. Naidoo’s physician protocol before the nurse is dispatched. We do not use medical assistants, trainees, or paramedics for IV therapy.

Complexion ($315) and Superstar ($500) lead among Bal Harbour clients who prioritize skin radiance and anti-aging. NAD+ ($1,250) is popular for its cognitive and longevity benefits and infuses comfortably over two to four hours at home. Immune Boost ($355) is a frequent pick before travel. All 18 formulas are available for in-residence delivery.

Plan for about an hour door to door. Setup takes roughly ten minutes wherever you are, standard wellness drips then run 20 to 45 minutes, and NAD+ runs two to four hours because a faster rate causes discomfort. Your nurse monitors vitals throughout, then packs down every disposable and leaves your space as it was found.

Yes. A TrufaMED mobile drip follows the exact protocol as an in-clinic visit. Every order is approved by a board-certified physician, administered by a licensed nurse using sterile single-use equipment, and documented in your medical record. We are Joint Commission accredited, one of only eight urgent care facilities in the country with that distinction, and that standard governs our mobile service the same way it governs the clinic.

The drip menu, physician oversight, and nursing technique are identical either way. Mobile brings the visit to your residence or suite, ideal for privacy, recovery, or a busy day. The Surfside clinic is walking distance from Bal Harbour, charges no delivery fee, and includes complimentary red light therapy alongside your drip. Many clients alternate between the two.

Yes. We deliver to hotel suites, private residences, offices, and yachts within the service area. For a hotel, share the property and we coordinate arrival with the front desk or concierge; discreet arrival is available on request. Yacht delivery is welcome at nearby marinas. Mobile IV therapy is self-pay; we do not bill insurance for wellness drips. We accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA, and Apple Pay, and provide HSA/FSA receipts on request. If a physician evaluation is clinically required alongside your drip, that separate medical visit may be billable through our urgent care.
